Dan FeltonDan Felton

A well-known leader in the state government affairs arena for nearly 20 years, Dan has worked within the bottled water, credit card, healthcare and information management industries. He is particularly passionate about environmental, sustainability and packaging issues and has lobbied extensively in those areas at the state and federal levels. Dan has chaired committees and led task forces for several national trade associations and has served on the board of the State Government Affairs Council (SGAC) where he is a graduate of the their nationally recognized professional certificate programs. In addition to his government affairs work, Dan has run the finances and served on the board of a nationally recognized theatre education non-profit and has been involved with the Commission on Presidential Debates since 2000 in support of their quad-annual presidential and vice presidential debates, managing ticketing, seating and security issues. A graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota, Dan has lived in the Washington, DC, area for nearly 30 years.


Andy HackmanAndy Hackman

A multi-state lobbyist that works to achieve success for clients at the legislative, executive, and regulatory levels across the country on a diverse set of issues. Mr. Hackman is a registered federal lobbyist who has testified before the U.S. Senate and lobbied in over 25 state capitols. Prior to joining Serlin Haley, he served as Vice President of Government Affairs for the Toy Industry Association, where he oversaw TIA's advocacy programs at both the state and federal levels. Mr. Hackman has also directed the state government affairs program of the Consumer Specialty Products Association. Mr. Hackman received a Bachelors of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs in Bloomington, Indiana and a Masters of Business Administration from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Lauren AguilarLauren Aguilar

Lauren is an expert in policy and strategy following six years working for the California legislature. She most recently served as Capitol director for Assembly member Phillip Chen (R-55), a deputy whip, where she was directly involved with several bills that ultimately were signed into law. As a staffer in both the Assembly and the Senate, Lauren worked with the Utilities and Energy, Environmental Safety and Toxics, Banking and Finance, and Business and Professions Committees. She dealt with government, business, advocate and labor stakeholders while building key relationships on both sides of the aisle. Lauren has worked closely with local municipalities and counties, the CA Council for Environmental and Economic Balance (CCEEB), the CA Grocers Association, CAL Chamber, CA Building Industry Association, CA Bankers Association and several others.
