As President, Lynn Dyer guides AMERIPEN’s public policy and sustainability efforts, bringing decades of experience in packaging, public policy, and industry collaboration to discussions on packaging systems, performance, and improvement. She is known for navigating complex regulatory environments and uniting diverse stakeholders around science-based, actionable packaging policy.

She regularly represents AMERIPEN in national dialogues—connecting the packaging value chain around practical, data-informed solutions that balance innovation, responsibility, and real-world implementation.

Danielle Waterfield Esq.

Policy Director & General Counsel

As Policy Director and General Counsel, Danielle F. Waterfield guides AMERIPEN’s advocacy on packaging policy, drawing on more than two decades of experience in sustainable packaging, recycling, and materials recovery at the state and federal levels.

She represents AMERIPEN in policy and stakeholder forums, helping to shape practical, consensus-driven solutions that align environmental priorities with industry needs.

Membership and Engagement Director

Rob Keith joined AMERIPEN in early 2022 as Membership and Policy Director. He has more than a decade of experience in membership and government relations at conservation nonprofits and outdoor industry associations. His background in conservation and sportsman’s issues has given him a passion for sustainability and a belief that the best way forward lies in the intersection of member needs and effective policy.

At AMERIPEN, Rob plays a central role in demonstrating the value of membership to prospective members while ensuring that current members receive the support, resources, and engagement opportunities they need to thrive. He represents AMERIPEN at key industry events and policy forums, strengthening relationships across the packaging value chain and amplifying the association’s voice on issues that matter most.
