Lynn Dyer is Executive Director at AMERIPEN, the only material-inclusive organization solely focused on advancing the packaging industry’s public policy objectives in the U.S. In her current role, she leads the trade association’s strategy to support its mission and vision, directs policy-supporting projects, and manages its operations.
A recognized leader in the packaging industry, Ms. Dyer has three decades of experience in public policy, sustainability, and industry collaboration. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and quoted regularly in print and television media, providing valuable insights and commentary on today’s packaging issues.
Prior to joining AMERIPEN in 2025, Ms. Dyer was Chief Sustainability Officer at Pactiv Evergreen (now Novolex), a leading manufacturer of fresh food and beverage packaging in North America. In that role, she directed the company’s sustainability initiatives and represented the company on numerous boards, including AMERIPEN, Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI), Carton Council, Foundation for Plastic Recycling, and GreenBlue’s Sustainable Packaging Coalition (SPC).
Prior to joining Pactiv in 2019, Ms. Dyer spent over 20 years with the Foodservice Packaging Institute (FPI), where she advocated for the interests of the foodservice packaging industry in North America. Prior to joining FPI in 1998, she worked with the European Food Service & Packaging Association (now 360° Foodservice) in Brussels, Belgium.
Ms. Dyer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond and currently resides in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Rob Keith

Rob Keith joined AMERIPEN in early 2022 as Membership and Policy Director. He has more than a decade of experience in membership and government relations at conservation nonprofits and outdoor industry associations. His background in conservation and sportsman’s issues has given him a passion for sustainability and a belief that the best way forward lies in the intersection of member needs and effective policy.
At AMERIPEN, Rob plays a central role in demonstrating the value of membership to prospective members while ensuring that current members receive the support, resources, and engagement opportunities they need to thrive. He represents AMERIPEN at key industry events and policy forums, strengthening relationships across the packaging value chain and amplifying the association’s voice on issues that matter most.

Ashley Boger

Ashley Boger is Association Manager at AMERIPEN, where she supports the association’s mission to advance packaging policy that is science-based and balanced across the packaging value chain. In her role, she helps manage the organization’s day-to-day operations, coordinates member engagement initiatives, and drives projects that strengthen AMERIPEN’s impact and visibility.
Ashley brings years of experience in association management, client relations, and strategic project leadership. Known for her organizational skills and proactive approach, she ensures that AMERIPEN members receive responsive service, meaningful opportunities to engage, and consistent value from their membership.

Brendon Holland

Brendon Holland is a strategic communications professional with over a decade of experience leading advocacy, media, and messaging efforts for mission-driven organizations. As Communications Manager for AMERIPEN, he oversees multi-channel communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives that support packaging policy and sustainability goals across the U.S.
Brendon specializes in translating complex issues into compelling narratives that connect with policymakers, industry leaders, and the public. His background includes work in public media, association management, and consulting, with deep experience in content creation, media relations, and public affairs strategy.
